Sports Massage and Soft Tissue Therapies. LWB specialises in Remedial & Sports Massage (LSSM BTEC L5 Certified), Muscle Energy Technique, Kinesiology Taping (RockTape RockDoc L2 Certified), Trigger Point Therapy and Myofascial Release.

LWB provides Therapy for everyone - regardless if you participate in sport or not! My clients range from young to old, active sports person to those deskbound employees, those whom are injured and those just looking for regular 'maintenance'!

Every person and condition is different and at LWB we adapt our treatment plans to get the best possible result for you. My aim is to discover and treat the cause of your discomfort - not just the area where you're feeling pain. Sports Massage therapies are targeted at the muscles, so if your issues are muscular then LWB can help.

Clients new to LWB are quite often surprised as to the service that is provided, it's not just your basic massage! What I can guarantee WON'T happen is: you arrive; massage; you leave. That's not how I work!
