Business Profile

We've tried to give you an idea of who we are and how we work, as well as some general information about counselling and psychotherapy. If you want to discuss anything or find out more, you are very welcome to contact us by phone or email. We also offer an initial meeting with us absolutely free of charge. We work with individuals, couples and families to help with a wide range of issues. The work can be short or long-term. As well as individual therapy, we provide couples counselling and family therapy. We have particular experience working with family and relationship issues, depression, anxiety, issues of personal identity, sexuality, spirituality, LGBT issues, bereavement, addictions, mental health, physical health and HIV and general personal development. We also offer supervision to counsellors and counsellors in training and consultancy to other professionals working in therapeutic settings or related fields, such as social work and the NHS. Our aim is to engage with people in the round, with their physical, emotional and spiritual selves and as people within a web of family and social networks. We have a spiritual perspective on life which infuses the work we do. We strive to provide a service that is sensitive to peoples difference in terms of gender, race, culture, religion, sexuality, age, ability, etc. We strive to be a gay-affirmative practice and have extensive experience in offering counselling within the LGBT community.
