My name is Ella. I'm a Cognitive Hypnotherapist in Hastings. I'm dedicated to helping people overcome anxiety, stress, chronic pain, phobias, addictions, limiting beliefs and trauma. I'm also a Buteyko Breathing Instructor and Pain Neuroscience Educator.

My expertise, training, experience and integrative, tailored approach enables me to work with people from all walks of life. My aim is to empower you to make peace with your past, find joy in the present, and create the future you deserve.

I work from my comfortable, private treatment room in the heart of Hastings, and also via Zoom. If you have mobility issues I offer home visits within a 10. mile radius.
