About I believe that individuals deserve an opportunity to reach their full potential, to grow and to change. Whatever the reason may be to seek counselling; whether for improving your mental health and wellbeing, or as a result of more difficult circumstances in life, I strive to offer a safe, confidential and nurturing environment for you. By being a genuine, empathic and grounding presence, you will have a trusted companion on your journey with me in therapy. I am passionate about supporting my clients to explore their issues, feelings, beliefs, behaviours and worldview, so that they may become more self-aware and confident.
I work in a person centred way, which means that I will not judge or direct you or what you chose to bring to therapy. Therefore we will work at your pace with what you choose to bring. I have experience and training in a range of problem areas and can support you and the issues you may be facing.
We will work at your pace, with what you choose to bring to the therapeutic relationship. Please get in touch as the first step can often be the hardest, together we can work out how to best support you.
