We understand that trying a new agency can be tough sometimes as you don't know if the shifts are going to be filled. Well be rest assured as at TeamCare Healthcare we don't have any problems with staffing cover as we have plenty of staff in East Sussex and West Sussex areas. All of our care staff are hardworking, reliable and friendly and are always getting stuck in. We like to ensure that the staff attends your home only as we like to keep continuity for the residents and also we don't want to cross-contaminate. We have staff who aren't working at the moment and haven't been to any homes with COVID-19. We have a taken strict procedures in regards to COVID-19 for care staff and our office team.
So, let me tell you more about us, TeamCare Healthcare is a family run local healthcare agency based in Bexhill-On-Sea. We have friendly office staff who are always on hand should you need us for any shifts or if you have any issues with staffing. Our coverage locations are: Hastings, Bexhill, Eastbourne, Seaford, Hailsham, Polegate, Hailsham, Lewes, Uckfield Brighton, Worthing, Littlehampton, Ashford, Sevenoaks, East Grinstead, Horsham, Kent and all surrounding areas. For our care staff we provide transport for them to and from work as we understand the public transport can be a nightmare and some homes are either far away or no where near a bus or train station. Our drivers like to ensure staff are on the home premises 30 mins before their shift starts that way a proper handover and induction can be given!
We can also help with the following staffing; Healthcare Assistants, Support Workers, Senior Care Assistants, Registered Nurses, Domestic Assistants and Kitchen Assistants. I am the main point of contact when it comes to rotas, staffing issues or any general enquiries.
Lastly, we have a 24/7 number that you can contact us on. We are on-hand whenever you need us as we want to support you with shift cover! We promise that we will update you within 20 mins however most of the time we can cover all shifts.
